Ardleigh practice covers an area north and east of Colchester, Essex. The practice is located in the village of Ardleigh and operates from a purpose built surgery consisting of three consulting rooms, a treatment room, a examination room, a dispensary and an administration area. The surgery is utilised as much as possible with a range of being provided during the day.The practice team consists of five doctors, two nurses and a number of community nurses, a midwife and other therapists who also attend the surgery. As a rural practice, we can dispense from the surgery premises to the majority of our patients, although not to those living within a mile of a chemist in Manningtree, Dedham and Colchester.The practice is part of the Colchester Primary Care Trust which is accountable to the Essex Health Authority.
