The Contented Sole was reopened in August 2007, under the management of Andrew Hemingway and Stuart Burbidge, has been rejuvenated to the original standards which earned the restaurant an enviable reputation in BurnhamonCrouch and the surrounding area. The partners met about eight years ago while working together in a restaurant in Surrey, and have over 50 years of experience between them.
